Ed Mackie Announced on Mixmag Future Hero Stage at Creamfields !

Mixmag have once again joined forces with Creamfields this summer, hosting our very own arena over the entire – now three-day – festival weekend, and on top of Friday’s previously announced massive Mixmag Silent Disco and Sunday’s Mixmag Presents Cocoon we can now reveal Saturday’s Mixmag Future Heroes line-up.
We’ve hand-picked a host of new, up-and-coming and unknown artists that we’re tipping for future stardom to rock the Mixmag tent and show the UK’s biggest dance festival what they’re made of, including:
ED MACKIE , D.O.D, Igor Project, Ricochet Musica, Nelly, Anthony Probyn, Jemmy, James Dutton and more!

IDJ Magazine Feature
Ed Mackie’s Life Support EP on Mad hatter records has rocked up the Sales charts on Both Track It down and Beatport and gained massive support from likes of Christian Smith, Hetz, Pig & Dan, Tom Hades and so many more international artists. No suprise that IDJ Magazine featured his release in there Techno section. Here is what they said…
Ed Mackie is part of the team behind manchester Techno institution Colour, and he’s clearly learned a thing or two whilst playing alongside the scene’s great and good at Sankeys. ‘Falt Line’ is the track that stands out, with galloping drums and metallic noise all over the place. Beatmode provide a funkier remix if the time’s not quite right to go hell for leather.
